About these terms

These terms govern your use of this website and the enquiry form operated by Kendall Clear View Auto Glass (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the site or submitting a request, you agree to these terms.

These terms describe the website and the enquiry form only. They are not terms of professional engagement for any auto glass service. No service is scheduled, priced, or performed until you and we separately agree on the work.

The enquiry form

Our form collects five pieces of information so we can respond to your request: full name, phone number, email, service address, and a service request or description. The service request field is pre-filled with the page you started from and is editable before you submit.

Submitting the form sends your request to us for review. It does not create a binding appointment, quote, or contract. We will follow up to discuss your vehicle, the damage, and next steps.

Optional consent

The form includes two separate, optional, and unchecked SMS consent checkboxes: one for service-related messages about your request and appointment updates, and one for marketing messages about offers and promotions. The two optional SMS choices are separate; leave either or both unchecked if you do not wish to consent.

SMS messaging terms

If you opt in to SMS, standard messaging terms apply: message and data rates may apply, frequency varies, reply STOP to cancel, and reply HELP for help.

Accuracy of your information

You are responsible for providing accurate contact and vehicle information so we can respond to your request. Do not submit another person’s information without their permission.

Intellectual property

Site content, including the wordmark and illustrative service images, is provided for your use in evaluating our services. Illustrative images do not depict actual customers, projects, or staff.

Limitations

This site is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the site or the enquiry form.
